Delivery times and rates
Article 1 — Shipping times and methods
Orders are generally prepared and shipped within 3 business days following receipt and validation of payment.
Carrier: Happy Colis — Priority
Preparation time: 3 business days after payment validation
Tracking: tracking number provided via email upon shipment
Delivery rates and zones
- France and Monaco: €4.90 for Mondial Relay drop-off points, €6.90 for home delivery, €15 for Express. Free delivery on orders over €69.
- Belgium, Luxembourg, and Spain: €11.90 for drop-off points (free on orders over €79), €14.90 for home delivery (free on orders over €99).
Tracking and receipt
Article 2 — Confirmation and tracking
Upon shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, which allows you to follow the progress of your package in real time.
Article 3 — Receipt and verification
We recommend that you check the condition of your package upon receipt in the presence of the delivery person. In case of visible damage, please note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately at contact@magiclear.fr.
Outside the European Union
Article 4 — Customs and taxes
For all deliveries outside of France and the European Union, customs duties and import taxes may be applied upon delivery. These costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country.
